SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing for orders shipped to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs or peak seasons such as the holidays.

Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders to the United States.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at jeicababy@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it.

Customs and duties
Orders to the United States include no additional fees charged by us. For other countries, customs duties or taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
